This 13,200-square-foot ground-up construction project addresses the critical need for healthcare services in the Gallup community by housing four distinct tenants: an ambulatory surgery center, a vascular clinic, a podiatry clinic, and a hyperbaric treatment facility.

The building is organized around a central axis, separating the north and south tenants while creating a pathway that extends from the sidewalk, through the large entry canopy, and into the heart of the facility. Both the interior and exterior designs incorporate crisp, light tones that brighten the space and bring a modern aesthetic to the facility. Thoughtfully designed to serve diverse healthcare needs, this facility combines functionality with a welcoming atmosphere.

The project reflects a commitment to improving access to care while enhancing the built environment in Gallup.
